DISCLOSURE IS COMING AUGUST 2025
I came to Christ in 2001. I went to Bible college in 2002. I began traveling preaching out as an evangelist raising money for missions in 2007. I preached mostly in small churches most of my ministry. I never was really involved with the big name “IFB” men or ministries. I met a few of these men in the early years, and was turned off at how arrogant and demeaning they were to me. So, I’ve always kinda been outside of the movement.
Through the years I have learned more and more that has caused me to see that there were segments of that movement that were toxic and dangerous. Being in missions, and not a Pastor of a large church has kept me
out of the loop on much of that information. With the rise of my YouTube channel, my perspective has broadened greatly, and I now see that there were certain philosophies that were prominent in this movement that were wicked and unbiblical. Some circles operated with no discernible difference between a cult or the mafia. Harassment and intimidation were the norm. People were hurt.
Our upcoming film will deal with this philosophy of ministry that was so toxic and prominent in some circles. This film is needed, and I’m praying the Lord uses it to challenge Baptist churches to reject this philosophy and embrace a more biblical model. Would you pray for me as I seek to serve the Lord and his church by making this film? I believe this is what the Lord is leading me to do, and I desire to be a help.
Since I announced this film, I have had dozens of people call me with horror stories of how they were abused by men who held this philosophy, and it’s frightening to know how prominent it was. Abuse, coverups, and relocating known predators has happened so many times. Usually these stories involve the same names.
“Disclosure: A Sequel to God’s Millstone” is projected to be released in August of 2025! Pray for us!
Side note: it goes without saying that the vast majority of independent baptists do not embrace this toxic philosophy of ministry.
